This weekend looks set to be an interesting one as we are to be paid a visit by the BBC Street Doctor.
Yes thats right the popular daytime show is coming to the Heights to carry out some diagnosis on the cable cars. They will be here on Sunday afternoon from about 1pm carrying out consultations whilst riding the cable cars and we are looking for some willing volunteers to come along and join in.
If you have any condition or health query that you would like to see the Doctor about then why not come along. The purpose of the show is to help educate people about conditions large or small. You may have something minor like an irritating cough or would like more information about hereditary conditions in your family or advice on healthy eating or giving up smoking. They often have people on who have already been diagnosed with something but want to take the opportunity to help others by highlighting their condition and telling their own story on TV.
