Terrace Coffee Shop

We have a choice of places to eat and drink, providing an array of mouth-watering items to suit all tastes and budgets. Using local produce and suppliers, our team works hard to provide a wide range of freshly made produce from a light snack in the coffee shop to a full meal in the bar.

The Terrace Coffee Shop is open every day of the season and is the perfect spot to sit with a cup of coffee or take a light lunch with friends.

Sit and enjoy stunning views down the Derwent Valley from the floor to ceiling panoramic windows, which open onto their own terraces and allow for some al-fresco dining when the weather permits.

Here there is a selection of quality food including: Pasta (bolognese or grilled mediterranean vegetable sauce) quiche, salad, fresh locally baked farmhouse ovals and sandwiches, soup of the day and baked potatoes with a variety of toppings. Of course there is also our famous 'Heights' hotdog with or without chips.

For light refreshments there are scones, cakes and muffins. For drinks we offer the highest quality Lavazza Coffee, be it Cappaccino, Latte or Espresso.

Our house tea served in pots for 1, 2 or more , with specialty teas also available and of course a range of cold drinks including fresh orange juice, Pepsi-Cola or bottled water.
