Annual Pass Members Area
Your annual pass entitles you to as many visits as you would like, however you do need to "book" each visit due to current capacity limits. You will need to show your annual pass upon arrival.
Important Information for Annual Pass Holders
AUTOMATIC PASS EXTENTIONS: If you have an Annual Pass, the pass will be AUTOMATICALLY extended to compensate you for the months the Heights would normally be open, but has been closed due to the pandemic. For example, if you have a pass that would normally expire at the end of June, but you were not able to use the pass in February and March and April because we were closed, your pass will be automatically extended until the end of September. The automated update will be added to your pass when we re-open.
Annual Pass holders are always welcome at the Heights, and we want you to enjoy your regular visits.
Please be aware that if you reserve a cable car ticket on the system, and then change your mind about visiting on that day, you are depriving someone else of the chance to visit. If you have to change your plans then please contact the office so we can release your reserved space for someone else who will be waiting to book. Annual Pass Renewal
Due to our limited capacity and to reduce queuing times, we have had to restrict the times that you can renew your annual pass. We are only taking annual pass renewals between 3pm and 4pm at the ticket office. Alternatively, you can buy a new pass online.
