Frights of Abraham

This October half term you're invited to join us at the Frights of Abraham for some Halloween treats, pumpkin carving and a spookily good new self-guided audio ghost tour for families to enjoy together.

October half term: Saturday 24th October to Sunday 1st November

Between Saturday 24th October and Sunday 1st November young visitors will be able to book to carve a pumpkin in the craft tent and take the results home (£5.00 per pumpkin and tealight). Due to covid restrictions, guests will need to book their pumpkin carving table upon arrival as places will be limited. Please note - that in the event of increased socially distanced restrictions, pumpkin carving may be withdrawn without notice.

If you have a smart phone with you, access our free wifi and set out on your own ghost hunt with our Goosebump Self Guided Audio Tour to five locations that have spooky stories to tell! Suitable for all the family, hear the tale of the white lady of Bath who appears at the window of the Prospect Tower during full moon, and Rumbling Rupe, the feisty spirit who hides in the caverns and makes rumbling noises to frighten the miners away.

You'll also find seasonal treats in the Terrace café and the Vista Restaurant, Halloween souvenirs in the shop and decorations in the Visitor Centre buildings.
