Lady Lettuce, the infamous Matlock Bath geologist and explorer, has been investigating some unusual geological activity on Masson Hill.... Suddenly the ground shakes, and from it emerges mysterious looking golden eggs across the Heights of Abaraham estate. Admission includes entry to all tours, exhibitions and facilities at the Heights of Abraham. Most visitors spend three to five hours here.

Please follow the postcode DE4 3NT which will take you to the nearest car park. It is a short riverside walk from there, just follow the signs.

We don't have our own car park. There are four main car parks in Matlock Bath. These are all run by Derbyshire Dales District Council, and therefore are all pay and display. The machines accept cash or you can pay by phone. Please note, the machines do not accept cards.
We love to welcome all visitors to the Heights, but due to the nature of the site, there are gradients that some guests may find a challenge.
Dogs are welcome on the cable cars and across the estate. They cannot go into the caverns or the restaurant.
Enjoy a wide selection of food and drink across the estate. Dine at the Vista Restaurant with its exquisite views, take a light lunch at the Terrace Cafe, a take-away drink from the Snap Tin or a local brew from the Tavern.
