Purchase of the tickets shall constitute acceptance of the following conditions:-
- The ticket is not transferable. Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless in exceptional circumstances, which will be subject to an admin fee.
- The e-ticket and /or the unique code must be presented on arrival at the Base Station ticket office. It will then be exchanged for your ticket.
- You are requested to carefully check your tickets are correct before you complete your purchase; mistakes cannot be rectified on the day or after your visit.
- Adults must accompany all children under the age of 16.
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs cannot go in the caverns or the Vista Restaurant.
- If you are a carer to a paying disabled guest, we require Carers ID, PIP or DLA documentation as proof of disability to qualify for the discounted admission. If you are a carer to an under 4, you will need to pay for the child entry to be admitted a discounted carer ticket.
- In the unlikely event that the cable car is not operating on the day you have selected to travel, we will contact you with your options.
- The Heights of Abraham reserves the right to alter or withdraw any package, facility, exhibit, activity or service without notice, and to refuse entry.
- As a condition of sale, visitors to the Heights of Abraham Estate consent to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for use on TV, websites, social media, DVD, webcast, promotional materials, or other public mediums, as part of the audience, or by security CCTV.

If a product purchased from our gift shops is faulty, or there is an issue with your food, we will process a refund on site if a manager is immediately made aware. Otherwise, refunds do not apply to products or food items.

In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to shut the cable car for a period of time; for example in adverse weather. If this occurs, you may be required to exit the site on foot. Our team will provide appropriate information.

Personal photography is welcome, however drones are not permitted on site for safety reasons.

- The barcode must be presented on arrival at the Base Station ticket office. It will then be exchanged for a ticket.
- You are requested to carefully check your tickets are correct before you complete your purchase; mistakes cannot be rectified on the day or after your visit.
- Adults must accompany all children under the age of 16.
- Dogs are not permitted at the Lights of Abraham event due to the grit needed to make the pathways safe in the instance of ice.
- If you are a carer to a paying disabled guest, we require Carers ID, PIP or DLA documentation as proof of disability to qualify for the reduced admission.
- In the unlikely event that the cable car is not operating on the day you have selected to travel, we will contact you with your options.
- Your cable car journey is provided by The Heights of Abraham (Matlock Bath) Limited.
- Your Lights of Abraham ticket gives you access to the return cable car journey, the Lights of Abraham trail, Vista Restaurant, Terrace Café and gift shops.
- The Heights of Abraham reserves the right to alter or withdraw any package, facility, exhibit, activity or service without notice, and to refuse travel or right of way over the estate.
- As a condition of sale, visitors to the Heights of Abraham Estate consent to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for use on TV, websites, social media, DVD, webcast, promotional materials, or other public mediums, as part of the audience, or by security CCTV.
